Shipping

After the payment is successful, it will be shipped within 7 days. All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If you have a delivery request, please contact us.

Payment

We accept PAYPAL payment, wire transfer. Cash, money orders, visas, debit cards or banker’s checks are not accepted. Closing costs required by the exchange are borne by the buyer and all payments must be made within one week of the auction closing. If payment is not made after 10 days, the item will be considered abandoned and resold.

Sales tax and tariff

The auction may be subject to customs duties and sales tax. Unless exempted by law, the purchaser shall pay any state and local customs duties and sales taxes when paying all or part of the purchase price.

If you are tax exempt, you can submit tax exemption certificate to prevent taxation.

Note: Credit card payment is not accepted. Items below $1000 can be paid by paypal. Payment for items above US $1000 must be made by telegraphic transfer.

Organic materials: Are batches made from or include (regardless of percentage) endangered and other protected wild animal species? Including but not limited to ivory, tortoiseshell, crocodile skin, rhino horn, whale bone, certain types of coral, and Brazilian rosewood-which may be subject to export controls in the Japanand import controls in other countries. If you plan to export batches from the Japan, import batches to another country, or ship batches between states, you are responsible for checking the relevant wildlife laws before bidding on any batches containing wildlife material And regulations. You purchase batches containing endangered and other protected wild animal species at your own risk, and you will be responsible for any scientific tests or other reports required for export from the Japan or for transportation between states. If your lot may not be exported, imported or transported between states, or seized by government authorities for any reason, we will not cancel your purchase and refund the purchase price.

For all sales across any platform, the Company has full and complete discretion to cancel a sale for any issue whatsoever. For all products, we conduct a thorough final quality check right before shipping products to the buyer. If in the course of the final quality check, the product does not meet our quality standards, we will cancel the sale and issue the buyer a refund.

In the unlikely event that we lose our internet connection or items have inappropriate data due to technical errors in the system such as images mismatched or not available, items with incorrect information, price or certificate, the Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion

If the auctioneer decides that any opening bid is below the value of the item offered, he may reject the same and withdraw the article from sale,

Shipment will only be arranged after the payment has been paid in full and the payment has been settled

Your bid is your agreement to all terms.

Any violation of these terms will result in permanent disputes in your records and may be deleted from all bidding platforms.

We do not return the goods. If you have any questions, please give us feedback within 5 days after receiving the goods. We will no longer accept the goods after the expiration date and bear the legal responsibility by yourself.

We reserve the right to charge your registered credit card according to the terms listed in the registration.

All merchandise must be removed from TOISHINSEI Co., Ltd.within fourteen working days and under no circumstances will TOISHINSEI Co., Ltd. be liable for any damage to property left on its premises more than fourteen working days after the auction .
